live food fasting
Could you live without fast food?

yes. we hardly ever get fast food. it ends up being expensive when my family could just make one thing for everyone for cheaper. plus i’m a vegetarian so there aren’t many fast food options for me.

indian fasting food recipes
plz can anyone suggest me what diet should i take for having a healthy skin and a fit body.recipes plz?

i m a 19yr old indian girl.i have oily and dark skin prone to pimples and acne.apart from external care can anyone tell me what food should i eat for good skin.i m also thinking of losing some weight.and nowadays i m regularly having upset stomach.coz of my heavy intake of fast food and oily food.tried to google search it.but the result came as how much vitamin or protein i should eat
but i could not know what exactly to eat and what to avoid.
.so plz suggest what should i have for my meals
my weight is 49kg.but want to be 45kg now.so plz recommend some diet plan for me which would help to achieve good.and clear skin

for breakfast have some fruit like watermelon with cereal and milk or brown toast with topping like beans, egg, peanut butter and banana or a scone
lunch can be a wholemeal sandwich, bagel, roll, wrap with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and either chopped avocado, cheese, ham, chicken or tuna.
dinner should be 1/4 protein(beans, egg, meat) 1/3 carb (potato, brown rice/pasta) and the rest vegetables. eg. spaghetti and meatballs in a tomato and red& green pepper sauce or a roast dinner
supper can be carton veg soup, a yogurt or a piece of fruit
-drink 1.5litres of water each day- carry a bottle
-choose restaurants and meals wisely. a college canteen or cafe may serve more wholesome choices than a fast-food joint or a chinese
-choose low fat dairy
if you choose to lose weight i recommend the exercise diet. one hour three-four days a week.
jogging, cycling to work/school/town, swimming, surfing, dancing, aerobics, a martial art, ice-skating, roller-blading, tennis, basketball, go gym, yoga, orienteering

Potato, Beetroot and Green Peas Kachori!
