Fast Track One-day Diet: Get Rid of the Toxins, Get Rid of the Pounds
If the word “toxins” gives you the chill, then there’s this diet that will give you no frills on losing those toxins… and losing those pounds along the way.

One must firmly adhere to the dietary rules presented for the entire seven days for the detox treatment to be successful. In this stage, one is required to eat certain foods that will improve the condition of the colon and the liver.
- for the colon: apples, berries, pears, carrots
- for the liver: oranges and lemons, eggs, and leafy green vegetables
Some of the foods and drinks to avoid are:
- bread
- pasta
- wheat
- barley products
- alcoholic drinks
- caffeinated drinks (colas and coffee)
The One-Day Detox
One hour after rising up and every hour afterwards, one will drink the ‘Miracle Juice” that consists of the mixture of the following:
- unsweetened cranberry juice
- freshly-squeezed orange and lemon juice
- nutmeg
- cinnamon
- ginger
- the sweet-tasting herb, stevia
The Sequel
For three days just eat again those foods mentioned in the first stage and this time, eat plenty of non/low-fat yogurt and other probiotic-rich foods as well.
