juice fasting for weight loss
Bottled juices for a juice fast?
Has anyone tried a juice fast without using real fruits and vegetables in a juicer? Can I have the same positive effects and weight loss from fasting on bottled juices, such as V8 fusion?
This is just a temporary diet for cleansing and kick-starting weight loss, not a long term thing for me, so don’t think that!

when i juice fast i always use bottled juice, just make sure that it really is 100% with nothing added. organic juice is the best. also, you need to do some serious research becuase if you do it wrong it could hurt you. good luck!
